LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR LLAGOS FORGED WHEELS

All our forged wheels are designed, engineered and manufactured in EUROPE with the highest technology, skilled craftsmanship and the pursuit of excellence.
All processes are carried out with the highest quality standards, complying with the most demanding European safety regulations and with an obsession for
perfection in all details. We use the highest quality raw materials and all manufacturing processes pass the strictest quality controls. 

For all this we are completely sure of the product we sell and that is why with proper care, professional installation, and an assumption of reasonable use on public roads & highways, LLAGOS Design carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer and structural defect.

In addition, LLAGOS offers a full 2-Year cosmetic warranty on the factory painted finish excluding scratches and user neglect/error.
All warranty claims will be limited to product repair or replacement at LLAGOS’s discretion, and does not include reimbursement for any costs associate with
labor, shipping, transportation, or loss of use.

Warranty is only valid for the wheels purchased from an authorized LLAGOS dealer or the official LLAGOS purchase chanels as long as the ORIGINAL
owner/purchaser owns the wheels with a dated proof of purchase – be sure to keep your original invoice.

All warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer or distributor where the wheels were purchased and installed.
Any LLAGOS product must have been installed by an Authorized LLAGOS Dealer. Please do not attempt to install the item yourself.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:

• Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident. Any damage or defect caused by racing or off road use or by road hazard impact.
Any kind of impact or abuse resulting from bends/bending of rim parts, collision/impacts, pot holes, flat tires, curbing, racing, accident, fire, vandalism
or rubbing due to projection from the wheel well.

• Wheels used on circuit or for motorsport purposes, that have been altered repaired or modified, installed with spacers or adapters, installed with
incorrect tire/wheel sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads, improper inflation of tires, loading the vehicle beyond its capacity, misalignment of
tires and wheels and imbalance of tires and wheels.

• Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, causticcleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect, pitting or
discoloration due to lack of maintenance on raw aluminium finishes, blemishes, peeling or discoloration on the back side of the wheel, fading or
discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements and appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that
have been mounted.

• Wheels damaged by shipping or handling: Inspect shipments at the moment of delivery and in front of the courier. If you notice any damage to any
of the packages, you must notify it at the time of delivery and note it on the delivery note. You must notify us of the incident within a period of less
than 24 hours from the time of delivery so that a claim can be opened.

RETURN POLICY:

Forged wheel orders are custom made and finished to each customer and to each vehicle. In the case of custom made wheels LLAGOS is not responsible for
incorrect fitment data supplied. Being a customized product for each client all Forged wheel orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted under
any circumstances.

or using inappropriate fixing products not recommended by LLAGOS.

• Cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect, pitting or discoloration due to lack
of maintenance on raw aluminium finishes, blemishes, peeling or discoloration on the back side of the product, fading or discoloration of painted
accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements and appearance blemishes or defects on products that have been mounted.
