THE CAR THAT INSPIRED A DREAM
All started because the Alfa Romeo 4C, the car that inspired us to start this whole project, the culprit of everything… A car that we are deeply in love with, unique and very special, pure, and that transmits unrivalled senstions. But for us it is an unfinished work that needs to be polished, from which all Alfisti were waiting for an improved version that never came
We wanted to increase its emotional impact and drama, not only atiracting more looks and creating more desire, but also improving the emotions it transmits
We started with some sketches and we got excited until we got quite far…
Exclusivity, design, aerodynamics, performance and dynamic behaviour… Our tailor made program improves all these aspects, raising it to a much higher level
To achieve this, we work closely with the best team of specialists in each area and we work with the same suppliers of the most prestigious European hypercar and One Off brands, with extensive experience in high competition and Formula 1, applying the same engineering parameters, tolerances, production processes, standards and quality controls, without cuting costs and with a sickly obsession with perfection and excellence
For us, design and engineering go hand in hand and we always look for the most beautiful and light way for a shape to fulfil its function
Our entire program is designed as a whole so that it is completely integrated and merges with the sculptural lines of
the 4C, improving its beauty and at the same time its performance, as if it had been designed by the brand’s own
design department, but with our own design language

LIGHTWEIGHT OBSESSION
DESIGNED TO BE LIGHTWEIGHT AND IMPROVE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR
The LLAGOS FORGED WHEELS are designed, engineered and manufactured in EUROPE with the highest quality and safety standards to achieve a TOP product with maximum lightness, resistance, quality and attention to detail
For the manufacture of LLAGOS FORGED wheels we use the best lightest forged aluminium of the highest quality and resistance.
The forged aluminum used for the manufacture is of aerospace-grade 6061 with T6 quality tempering treatment, to give more hardness to the surface of the material
The material is forged at more than 500 degrees of temperature with hydraulic presses at a pressure of 12.000 tons
The machining process of a set of LLAGOS FORGED wheels can take several days from the moment the solid aluminium block begins to be machined until the surface finish is perfect
In the machining process over 70% of the original material is removed
The design is developed to be as lightweight as possible but with maximum resistance and FEA-tested to the SPECIFIC Alfa Romeo 4C load rating required for safe operation
The entire engineering and manufacturing process is carried out with the official parameters for the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and KBA (Federal Motor Transport Authority), certified by TÜV Thuringen and TÜV Rheinland that allow to comply all the necessary parameters and quality standards to be able to pass all the demanding European homologations
They are not only designed to be beautiful and enhance the design and exclusivity of your car, we always apply the concept of “form follows function”
Each design and each detail of the rim is studied to reduce the weight of the rotational masses as much as possible and thus improve the dynamic behavior of your car, increase its performance, reduce braking distance and energy consumption

OEM IMPROVED TURBO

To build the LINEA PERFORMANTE AR 4C TURBO, we upgrade the original compressor by fitting a significantly larger and more efficient billet wheel, precisely machining the compressor housing to match the new wheel profile for optimal clearance. The stock turbine is replaced with a high-flow 9-blade unit, designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) and increase power capability, all while preserving a great boost response profile. Additionally, the standard bearings are swapped out for a motorsport-grade bearing pack to ensure greater durability and performance
Every turbocharger undergoes high-precision balancing that exceeds OEM specifications, enhancing both longevity and performance, while also delivering improved sound
The head shied thermal isolation is resilient at continuous temperatures up to 1300 °C. It effectively reduces surface temperatures by up to 600 ° at Isolation surface, contributing to improved performance, reducing engine compartment heat, and safeguarding nearby components from thermal stress

Our engine map is engineered to respond dynamically to critical input parameters, including engine speed, throttle position, and thermal conditions. This adaptive approach ensures an optimal equilibrium between enhanced performance and comprehensive engine protection under all operating scenarios
The output is engineered for consistency, reliability, and durability, ensuring repeatable results over long-term usage. During the development phase, the engine map was meticulously tailored to deliver the maximum achievable output without exceeding the mechanical limits of the engine or drivetrain
Tested over 15.000 km on both road and track, it delivers 305 hp and 430 Nm when paired with an upgraded intercooler and running standard 98-octane fuel, without compromising engine reliability
