To achieve this, we use an aerospace-grade autoclave system in the manufacturing of our carbon fiber parts, allowing us to reach superior levels of strength, durability, and finish
Unlike conventional methods, we work with pre-impregnated, vacuum-molded carbon fiber, which enables us to produce components that are 20% to 30% stronger and more rigid compared to those made using the wet-layup process
Additionally, we use different types of carbon fiber weaves to ensure the ideal balance of lightness, strength, and structural stability. The vacuum molding process removes excess resin, reducing weight without compromising the integrity of the part
This level of precision allows us to ensure a perfect fit for each component, seamlessly aligning with the vehicle’s original lines and contours for a flawless finish
To guarantee a flawless fit for every component, as well as an impeccable surface finish, our manufacturing molds are crafted from high-precision CNC-machined aerospace-grade forged aluminum AI6082-T6 or autoclave-cured pre-impregnated carbon fiber, depending on the specific part

FRONT SPLITTER
You can mount it on your Alfa Romeo 4C or display it as a work of art in your home…
If you like it without seeing it mounted, your 4C will look like another car once you install it
To ensure that the fit is perfect and identical in each and every part and the surface finish as well, the moulds for the splitter, as well as the parts, are made from the highest quality prepreg carbon fiber and cured in an autoclave
We have 3D scanned the Alfa Romeo 4C to achieve a perfect fit and we have designed it to be completely integrated into its shapes while improving downforce in the most critical area of this car.
The design of the front splitter has also been studied to minimize problems with speed bumps and parking ramps, wrapping the bumpers so that they protrude as little as possible and only reduce the height of the car by 10 mm

A 100% perfect fit is only possible by 3D scanning the Alfa Romeo 4C to copy the negative of its shapes, using the same 3D software that the most important automotive brands use for the design and the most precise CAD program that exists for its engineering, manufacturing the part with AI6082-T6 high precision CNC machined forged aluminum molds, the most expensive ones that are only used for cars that cost more than 7 figures, so that from part 1 to 1000 they are all identical and their surface finish is perfect, using the highest quality prepreg carbon fiber, curing in an autoclave, doing manual post-processing work that takes many hours of work…

PPG UHS D8122 CERAMIC CLEAR PROTECTION
High-end technology is combined with skilled craftsmanship with a post-processing that takes many hours of manual work
And so that the final finish is on par with the carbon fiber parts that you can only see at One Off and cars whose price exceeds 7 figures, they are varnished with PPG UHS D8122 ceramic clear to also achieve a perfect glossy finish and maximum protection against impacts
Optionally you can order them with PPF protection, an option chosen by most of our customers
